Long, deep dreams have been consuming me lately. I don’t take sleep aid or Tylenol PM anymore. I am able to sleep without them. But I have deep, detailed dreams. By the time I get on here, I forget them.

Do what I do: I always keep a small notebook beside my bed. I’m usually too tired in the morning (or sometimes in the middle of the night) to write out my entire dream(s), so I just jot down notes (usually just a list of words — names, places, significant objects, verbs, dialogue) to help me connect the dots when I write it out here later on.
